Booking and Payment

Please note the following:

-- The published prices are either in EURO, USD and RUR. Please see indications.

-- All published prices can be changed without prior notice

Payment

For Groups: After the booking is confirmed by FAVORIT DMC, the client must pay 10% of the total amount. The remaining sum must be transfered to the FAVORIT's account not later than 20 working days before the group's arrival date.

For FIT: 100% prepayment must be on the FAVORIT's account not later than 10 days before the arrival date.

Important: Clients are responsible for all bank charges.

By credit card. We accept VISA, Master, American Express, Diners Club, JCB credit cards. Please follow 3 simple steps:

1) We will send you the Authorization form, which you should fill in, sign and send back to us.

2) Make a copy of both sides of your credit card and send it to us.

3) We will debit your card and send your the final confirmation for the services booked.

Important : FAVORIT DMC reserves the right to cancel all reserved services in case payment is made untimely, incompletely or incorrectly.

Granting of services

When pre-payment is received by FAVORIT DMC the manager will send you by fax or by e-mail the confirmation and detailes for all ordered services.

Cancellation deadlines

For groups: In case of cancellation the following sum is deducted from the total sum.

High season (June, July, August):

From 45 to 30 days before arrival date	10% of the total sum
From 29 to 20 days	15%
From 19 to 8 days	30%
From 7 to 3 days	60%
Less than 3 days	80%

Lower season (the rest of the year):

From 30 to 15 days before arrival	15% of the total sum
From 15 to 8 days	25%
From 7 to 3 days	60%
Less than 3 days	80%

For FIT:

From 10 to 4 days before arrival	10% of the total sum
Less than 4 days	1 night in the hotel and 30% of the total sum

Late arrival and "NO SHOW"

In case a client does not arrive by an appointed time to the place where services start to be granted:

an order for transfer will be held for 2 hours starting from an appointed time, then it will be cancelled automatically
an order for accommodation in a hotel will be held for one night, then it will be cancelled automatically
an order for excursions and other additional services (guides and interpreters, rent a car, etc.) will be cancelled automatically.

"EARLY DEPARTURE”

Services that have been ordered and not granted are non-refundable. However depending on the situation some of the services may be refunded at the Company Administration's discretion.
