The palace of prince Abamelek-Lazarev happened to be the last building erected in St. Petersburg before 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. Only months later, it became no more than a splendid reminder of the Imperial Russia past glory. Located in the most magnificent part of St. Petersburg’s historical downtown, the building has retained its dazzling interiors. The palace has recently reopened after restoration, and is ready to host exhibitions, presentations, conferences, gala parties and banquets. In addition to its versatile Russian and international menu, the palace is equipped with everything you need to make the event a success.
The magnificent Banquet Hall with its painted ceiling, molds, marble pillars and balcony is the palace’s pride and joy. With a floor area of 250 square meters, the room can comfortably accommodate between 100 and 150 guests. The Theatre Hall is adorned with red-brown Corinthian pilasters with white capitals and painted ceilings. Intended for drama performances, the hall is fitted with a stage, a make-up room, a floor area of 180 square meters, and the room can conveniently accommodate between 80-100 guests. The specious lobby on the ground floor is ideal for gala receptions. There is a convenient at landing of the palace’s main entrance. Guests can arrive by boat, or embark from here on an exiting tour of St. Petersburg’s enchanting rivers and canals.
