The menu includes Russian and European cuisine. From 7 till 10:30 a.m. "Dostoevsky" Restaurant invites for Buffet - Breakfast. The restaurant can accommodate 100 people. Open from 7 a.m. till 11 p.m.

"Raskolnikov" bar is located on the 7th floor. With panoramic and magnificent view over Vladimirsky Prospect and Vladimirsky Cathedral it is a convinient place for rest and business meetings. The bar is designed to accommodate 40 people.
