Transfers (meeting, farewell)

Transfers are used for meeting, farewell and delivering you to exact destination. The transfer is intended to order transport to one way. But you also may order transfer to both way.

Prices for night transfers (23.00-06.00) are to be increased by 50%. Please note, that guide services are not included.

Waiting time: 2 hours after the scheduled time of plane landing or train arrival. In case the client does not arrive in time for the booked transfer (in any reason) the service is considered to be completed and money is not given back. According to the client's approval the waiting time can be extended. Every extra hour is paid according to the hour pricelist.
We can offer special prices for the travel agencies which have concluded a contract with Favorit DMC.

Favorit DMC gives you an opportunity to rent a car, minivan or minibus with a driver. Please note that renting a car you should leave one sit for a guide
Minimum booking time within the Saint-Petersburg limits is 3 hours (+1 hour for deliver a car)
The rent prices for leaving Saint-Petersburg (not including nearest suburbs in radius 50 km) - on request.

VIP services in the airport (Fast-track)

Dear Friends ,
to save your time and FAVORIT DMC will be pleased to organize VIP/Fast track service for you in St.Petersburg airport terminals PULKOVO-I and PULKOVO-II:

Pulkovo- II (international flights)

NB: In any way you should pass through passport and custom control.

VIP service for arriving passengers includes

Meeting at the ladder of the airplane and escorting to business waiting room,
Accompanying through the passport control and customs,
Luggage transporting to the car/bus

135 EUR.

VIP service for departing passengers includes

Meeting in departure hall,
Luggage transporting,
Accompanying through the passport control and customs out of turn,
Assistance during ticket and luggage registration,
Escorting to Business waiting room,
Delivery to the ladder

135 EUR.

VIP service for arrive/departure
without providing business waiting room, including services listed above.

115 EUR.

Terms of reservation:
- VIP service reservation can be made no later than 3 working days prior to arrival.
- We need the following information in order to make reservation:

1) Name and surname,
2) Arrival and departure date,
3) Flight number, airlines and departure airport,
4) Destination,
5) Contact information.

Cancellation:
"Fast track" service is non-refundable. All changes of the confirmed services are considered as a new booking.

Pulkovo- I (flights within Russia and CIS)

VIP service for arriving passengers includes

Meeting at the ladder of the airplane,
VIP waiting room,
Newspapers and magazines,
Receiving the luggage,
Escorting of meeters to/from the ladder (not more 1 person)

Cost of service for 1 person

adult: 165 EUR.
child (7-12 years): 85 EUR.
child (under 7 years): free of charge

VIP service for departing passengers includes

VIP waiting room,
Assistance during ticket and luggage registration,
Delivery of passengers to the ladder by private bus,
Luggage registration ,
Providing the necessary information about the gate and time of boarding,
Newspapers and magazines
