Waiting time: 2 hours after the scheduled time of plane landing or train arrival. In case the client does not arrive in time for the booked transfer (in any reason) the service is considered to be completed and money is not given back. According to the client's approval the waiting time can be extended. Every extra hour is paid according to the hour pricelist.

Passing through security station you should say your name and flight number.
You pass all formalities in VIP lounge: checking in and filling in custom documents.
Then you can station yourself in comfort atmosphere of VIP lounge.
There is bar, fresh press and Internet in the VIP lounge.
You will be invited to departure gate via speaker phone. On passport control you get boarding card and passport. And then personnel of VIP lounge accompany you to the aircraft.
Personnel of VIP lounge transfer you to the trap by special transport (in case of absence boarding bridge).

Moscow: arrival Sheremetyevo II

The personnel of VIP lounge wait you with sign «VIP» before zone of passport control
In case of the aircraft landing on far parts of flying field the personnel of VIP lounge transfer you to the airport by special minibus with sign «VIP».
